SeaView Capital Advisors, LLC is a private equity group that invests in growth financings, management buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings and other corporate situations that present profitable long-term opportunities in the small business sector. SeaView will make a majority/controlling investment or take a minority position, depending on the situation. SeaView has the capability to invest via senior debt, mezzanine capital and equity or any combination of those instruments.

SeaView invests opportunistically in core industries where the principals have solid experience. Those industries include, but are not limited to, manufacturing, business services, financial services, specialty distribution and information technology. In many cases, SeaView may be the first institutional investor in the company. The principals of SeaView have spent the majority of their careers managing, advising and investing in small businesses and understand the unique challenges of managing them.

  SeaView invests in managers and/or management teams with a demonstrated history of success. SeaView looks for individuals that possess a proven track record of creating value, successful prior industry experience and tenure at the companies they are managing.
SeaView seeks investments in companies that offer growth opportunities while demonstrating a history of stable cash flows and strong margins. SeaView prefers to invest in companies with value-added products or services, a strong market position and/or superior productivity, especially within highly fragmented industries.
At SeaView, we believe that preservation of principal is fundamental to achieving long-term investing success. Accordingly, SeaView favors companies who carefully manage their leverage (cash flow coverage of interest and fixed charges) and maintain appropriate collateral to manage downside situations.
